Dry Brushing. The skin is our largest organ and is responsible for 25 percent of the body's ability to detox, yet we tend to focus our beauty rituals on the face and hands when our whole body deserves admiration and respect. It helps rid the body of dead skin and also stimulates the lymphatic and circulatory systems, which assists the kidneys and liver in releasing excess hormones that build up in the organs. Overtime dry brushing can prevent cellulite and help regenerate collagen naturally and in the short term you will find it revitalizing and energetic.

To increase the detoxifying benefits you can finish with a cold burst in your shower. Glow Mantra: farewell (exfoliate) bad vibes....
