Tina (blue star fern - phlebodium) is a funky fern. her sturdy + elongated, blue-green fronds curl into non-conforming straps, spilling from the plant in a delightfully higgledy-piggledy manner. comes in beautiful 6" ceramic vessel. (drainage holes in bottom)
H20: tina likes moist soil at all times, watering when the surface becomes slightly dry. (do not allow her to sit in water) water from the sides rather directly onto the leaves.
.
Light: tina enjoys low to moderate light conditions and is ideal for homes and offices. avoid exposing to direct sunlight as this may scorch her leaves.
.
Pets: tina is considered non-toxic to humans, cats and dogs + safe around children and animals.
.
Food: tina is not a big feeder but you can use a little liquid fertilizer occasionally during the growing season.
.
Temperature: tina will be living her best live in household temperatures of 16-24°C. she can cope with short periods down to 10°C. avoid placing her in a location that might provide cold draughts in winter.
