Evening Ritual steeping instructions: Bring fresh water to boil. Pour 8oz over 2tbs of herbs. Steep covered 4-5 minutes. Enjoy.

Whether it's the honey in your cup or the fact that without bees pollination many of our herbal crops won't grow. We have deep gratitude towards our pollinating friends and the plant magic they provide for us. 

Blended herbal infusion with *lavender + *chamomile + *catnip + *lemon balm + valerian root.

*Ingredients grown (farmed) in Canada.

Due to the growth of this product we can no longer produce the amount of valerian root needed to fulfill orders. We believe organic matters so will only use organic + the highest level of herbs. Current country of origin/ Pakistan.
