FAQ + Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. We ship out all orders right away but the shipping time is dependant on your location and postal services available. We use Canada post for all shipping. You will receive a tracking number with your order within 48 hours.

Canada Post: All orders are proudly shipped with Canada Post (to better promote small businesses + jobs in Canada) In the rare event that your package is delivered damaged or missing we will work together to complete a service ticket. ALL orders are shipped with insurance to ensure you are cared for but in this event it may cause a delay from above order lead-time. 

Where do you ship to? ALL ACROSS this beautiful country CANADA. Orders under $100 will have a flat rate shipping of $15.00 - $20.00 depending on province. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping. Booya! Fill that Cart. 

Local Delivery + Pick-up: Orders are typically 1-2 day delivery with the exception of holidays.

Sustainable Shipping for a Greener FutureWe are committed to a sustainable future. Carbon-natural shipping approach prioritizes eco-friendly practices for all packages, utilizing renewable energy-powered transportation and sustainable packaging materials. All of our ground shipments are done in partnership with Canada Post and are carbon neutral. How is a Canada post delivery carbon neutral and what does that mean? They remove one tonne of CO2e from the atmosphere by purchasing high-quality, verified and accredited carbon offsets and as a small business we may pay more for shipping but feel it is well worth the investment for future generations. I understand these are small changes, but together I believe we can make a big impact.

What are my return options? I know that it can be tough to buy tangible items through an online store, and I appreciate your trust in our services. Due to the nature of the products that we sell and our delivery-only system, we have very specific return options. Please be advised that due to the unique nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We encourage our customers to either test or experience the product firsthand before making a purchase, as we unable to provide a refund. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Curious? Request a sample- I am happy to mail + provide what I can. 

Returns will be processed as a gift card (store credit) to Copper Barrel Mercantile that can be used at any time and never expire. 

Service? Absolutely! We do things old school over here so reach out if you are curious or interested in something, but can't decide. We can likely mail you samples or get you in the right direction.
