We offer free local delivery in Strathmore, Langdon, Chestermere, and Lyalta. At checkout, select your town name to activate local delivery. Delivery is typically within a couple of days of ordering. Please allow a little extra time around major holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your package to arrive. We ship orders out promptly, but delivery time depends on your location and the postal services available. You’ll receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order.

Prefer to skip shipping? You can now pick up your order at Pawn & Collectibles in Strathmore — a curated vintage + collectibles shop that has kindly offered to be a pick-up point.
At checkout, use code PICKUP to remove the shipping fee.

Returns + Exchanges
I know it can feel tender buying sensory, handmade goods online. Because our items are handcrafted and many are body + wellness products, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer refunds.
If a return is approved, it will be processed as store credit (gift card) to Copper Barrel Mercantile. Store credit never expires.
