How To Use: Allow water to run 5 mins to soften skin. Apply the scrub in circular motions; start at your feet and move upwards towards your heart to enhance circulation. Maintain gentle pressure. Rinse throughly and then apply your favourite oil or lotion while your skin is still damp to lock in moisture. Try once a week for optimal benefits. Use 6 months from purchase.  

Note: Unlike a salt scrub - this sugar scrub is gentle enough to use weekly. If you are looking for more exfoliation try dry brushing prior to use and your skin will soak up the rich plant extracts and oils intended to heal and rejuvenate.
