Why Reishi?
Reishi mushrooms have long been cherished for their adaptogenic nature, helping the body adapt to stress and restore balance. Hot Infusion
Bring fresh water to a boil.
Pour 8 oz of hot water over 1 tbsp of blend.
Stir well and enjoy.
Elevate: Add non-dairy milk or a touch of coconut oil to taste for a richer, hot-chocolate style experience.
Cold (Iced) Preparation
Mix 1 tbsp of blend with 4 oz of warm water until dissolved.
Strain if desired, then pour over ice and enjoy.
