Welcome to the 2026 Season. We will processing this time honoured tradition the whole month of April so it can be enjoyed year-round. 

A delicious treat for your skin. In late February and early March, when the nights fall below freezing and the days rise gently above, the maples begin to wake. It is this quiet freeze-thaw rhythm that calls the sap to move. Slow, steady, full of sweetness.
